Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in business development.
  • Background in working with finance-related companies.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition within the Philippine market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with any CRM software.

Advantageous:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Established network within the Forex industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Forex market.
  • Solid understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and investment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Forex trading platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Forex industry.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
