Job description

We’re hiring a Sales Executive for a fast-growing global distributor of electronic components, serving OEMs and contract manufacturers across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors.

This is a remote, high-autonomy role ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to take full ownership of their pipeline. You’ll be supported by a robust internal database of global clients and warm leads, while also generating new business through outbound outreach and cold calling.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, build long-term relationships, and help shape the company’s U.S. expansion. If you love the chase, own your numbers, and want to grow with a company that moves fast and values integrity—this is your opportunity.

🔹 What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing

  • Engage both warm leads from our internal database and generate new ones via cold outreach

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and buyers

  • Strategically identify and expand territory opportunities across North America

  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on sales growth strategy

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, speed, and an integrity-first mindset
