Job description

Position Overview:The HR Operations & Recruiting Specialist will support recruitment processes, administrative operations, and employee relations. Candidates must have prior experience working with U.S. companies, strong familiarity with recruitment processes, HR tools (especially Gusto, Manatal, Zoho, or similar), and impeccable communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial screening of candidates: review resumes, conduct LinkedIn checks, and schedule interviews.
  • Respond to routine employee queries on payroll, benefits, and administrative policies.
  • Assist in managing administrative documentation related to HR operations.
  • Support preliminary review of employee and contractor invoices against reported timesheets.
  • Provide general administrative support as required, including coordinating meetings and maintaining HR records.

As we grow our presence in Chile and across LatAm, you may be asked to help formally establish and manage administrative and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR operations, recruiting, or related roles.
  • Mandatory previous experience working with U.S. businesses.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
  • Proficiency in HR tools such as Gusto, Manatal, Zoho, BambooHR, or equivalent systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Monthly contract rate: $1,600$2,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
