Job description

Enterprise Sales Manager


Certificial is transforming how businesses and their suppliers share insurance coverage information by moving from static documents to real-time data, connected data on the Smart COI NetworkTM.  As we enter a critical stage of hypergrowth, we’re seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and accelerate adoption across industries where managing risk.


As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and customer acquisition within industries that rely heavily on third-party compliance, like construction, logistics, property management, and financial services. You’ll leverage your understanding of insurance verification and risk transfer workflows to demonstrate how Certificial simplifies compliance, streamlines certificate tracking, and reduces exposure.


What you’ll do:


  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Certificial’s COI tracking and compliance monitoring solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Drive new business growth by supporting the team in navigating complex sales cycles involving procurement, risk, and compliance stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to build targeted go-to-market strategies for verticals like property management, construction, logistics, and tech platforms.

  • Ensure Account Executives are consistently achieving pipeline goals, close rates, and revenue targets, while maintaining accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.

  • Coach and mentor the AE team with ongoing sales process development, objection handling, and enterprise deal structuring.

  • Work closely with leadership to align AE efforts with company growth priorities, including expansion into regulated and risk-sensitive industries.

  • Analyze sales metrics and campaign performance to provide data-driven feedback and reporting to leadership and investors.

  • Act as a senior point of escalation during strategic deal cycles and help remove barriers to close with high-value prospects.

  • Represent Certificial’s value proposition as a trusted compliance technology partner, with a deep understanding of COI workflows, insurance verification pain points, and regulatory expectations.

  • Contribute to the refinement of pricing, packaging, and sales enablement assets to support AE success in the field.


What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in compliance, risk, InsurTech, or RegTech

  • Proven ability to close complex sales cycles with mid-size to enterprise organizations

  • Deep understanding of compliance workflows, insurance requirements, and third-party risk

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and challenges related to COI collection and verification

  • Consultative sales approach and experience tailoring demos to technical and non-technical buyers

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)


Compensation:

  • This role will receive a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and options. The base salary range for US-based employees is $50,000-$500,000.

  • Various factors are considered when determining someone's leveling and compensation, including a candidate's professional background and experience.
