Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  

  • Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEST/AEDT) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 12+ administrative staff processing property documentation

  • Provide quality assurance oversight for all contract reviews and property reports

  • Train new team members on company processes, documentation standards, and legal requirements

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the administrative team and company leadership

  • Develop and implement training materials and procedures for team growth

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company quality standards

Scope

  • Managing a team of 12+ administrative professionals with potential for significant growth

  • Overseeing processing of documentation for approximately 180,000 annual property transactions

  • Serving as the key point of contact for team coordination and quality control

  • Implementing training systems that can scale as the company expands

  • Working closely with company leadership to ensure operational excellence and deadline compliance

Requirements

  • Paralegal or legal background with extensive contract review experience

  • Previous team leadership and training experience

  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing and property law processes

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to develop training materials and procedures

  • Experience managing remote teams and administrative processes
