As a Pre-Foreclosure Property Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for property owners. Your role is key in generating leads, setting appointments, and paving the way for successful acquisitions. Ideal for self-starters who thrive in high-energy environments and want hands-on experience in real estate investing.
Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-foreclosure property owners
Engage sellers using a script while keeping conversations natural and persuasive
Schedule discovery calls for the business owner
Track and report on call metrics and appointment rates
Handle objections and clearly communicate the benefits of the firm's services
Continuously improve call strategies and provide script feedback
Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system
Excellent verbal communication in English
Resilience and a positive attitude for high-volume calling
Basic knowledge of real estate and foreclosure terms
Comfortable using digital tools for calls and performance tracking
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Able to work independently and hit daily performance targets
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving market
