As the LIfecycle Marketing Specialist you will: 
  • Campaign Creation & Management: With the support from coding and technical teams, implement targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to enhance customer engagement and retention.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client POCs and decision makers, owning day-to-day client communication and partner with Strategists to address inefficiencies and manage escalations with confidence.

  • Reporting & Insights: Generate, format, and QA campaign performance reports for internal and external use. Collaborate with account leadership to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Collaboration: Provide guidance to content and design teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that align with client strategies. Work with Tech & Ops teams to address advanced coding and technical needs for client accounts. 

  • Project Management: Oversee and prioritize daily and weekly tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaign milestones. Lead client communications by providing detailed status updates during weekly calls, trafficking campaigns to clients and internal teams, proactively addressing challenges, and driving solutions to meet client expectations.

  • Technical Knowledge: Expertly navigate client messaging platforms, leverage coding skills to customize templates and campaigns, and lead collaboration with technical teams to architect and implement solutions to complex challenges, ensuring seamless execution of sophisticated client requirements.

Professional Qualifications: 
  • 2-3 of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing, roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns 

  • Familiarity with ESP platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable or SFMC

  • Certification within ESP platforms a plus

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions

  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
