As our Client Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Every day you will build and deliver comprehensive reports and provide insight into the data behind these metrics. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs across various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain tracking systems to capture performance data accurately and efficiently.
Build comprehensive reports that effectively communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to leadership and relevant teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and performance insights.
Work with teams to implement changes that enhance performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance analysis, KPI/SLA tracking, and report building.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
