Role summary:

Reporting to the Paid Media Director, the Paid Social Manager (PSM) role will form part of the US Paid Media team, centering on the Paid Social function. The PSM will implement Paid Social strategies, manage campaigns, maintain strong relationships with clients, provide training to the wider Paid Media team on social strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends and innovations. This role will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the success of US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of best practices across all client pods as it relates to Paid Social
  • Implement, monitor and optimize strategies in platform
  • Act in an advisory capacity for clients
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Paid Media team on new and existing clients, as it pertains to Paid Social
  • Provide training and foster knowledge sharing regarding Paid Social platforms
  • Contribute to pitches for new business, collaborating with other relevant teams
  • Contribute to the leadership of the Paid Media team
  • Be responsible for staying up to date on administration
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience as a specialist on Paid Social for a minimum of 4 years
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required (at a minimum):
  • Meta Blueprint (Media Buying/Media Planning)
  • TikTok Media Buying Certification
  • LinkedIn Certified Marketer (Marketing Strategy)
  • Google Ads certifications (any)
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Though the role is Paid Social-focused, experience with Programmatic advertising, particularly with Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360, is highly advantageous
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, yielding results for clients’ investments, i.e. sales/lead conversion and omni-channel acquisition
  • Experience in working directly with clients & commercial teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate previous relationships with Technology partners, e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit etc.
  • Experience with Paid Social Marketing Partners e.g. Smartly, Mediaocean etc.
  • Experience with measurement plans & tracking
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
  • Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite; Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Project Management Software)

● US Salary Range: $70k to $120 USD, based on skills, experience and location
