Job Summary
The Construction and Fabric Maintenance (FM) Lead will be responsible for managing, monitoring, coordinating the company Fabric Maintenance (FM) program and Construction of maintenance, reliability, and integrity projects for the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) offshore facilities. In this role, you will manage the FM Program and Construction work being performed by subcontractors, including oversight of Safety, and will work with our internal Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Asset Management, Quality and EHS department to oversee the execution of the project. Additionally, you would be expected to have a proven background managing Fabric Maintenance (FM) program and multiple Construction projects, demonstrating your ability to handle multifaceted challenges and deliver successful outcomes. In this role, you will manage a group of seven (07) Construction Supervisors and one (01) Fabric Maintenance Lead. This role will be based in Houston, TX, reporting to the Manager of MR&I Projects. Offshore visits are expected once per quarter.
