HR Generalist | The Will Group

$65,000–$70,000/year + Excellent Benefits

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will report directly to the VP of HR and help shape the employee experience across our divisions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Day-to-day HR operations and employee support
✔ Benefits and 401K administration
✔ Payroll inputs and HRIS updates (Paycom)
✔ Support training, engagement, and compliance initiatives
✔ Backup recruiting and onboarding support
Qualifications

3 years of HR generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Industry experience in construction/utilities is a plus
