Are you a driven sales professional ready to move beyond quota-chasing and be part of something bigger? We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing national franchise brand. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you’ll own your pipeline, close deals with confidence, and help shape the future of our sales strategy as we scale across the country.
Manage the full sales cycle—from inbound lead to closed deal
Qualify incoming leads and develop outbound strategies to generate new business
Conduct discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, and guide prospects toward conversion
Build trusted relationships with small business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
Keep a clean and efficient pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and sales processes
Share insights on customer objections, feedback, and emerging market trends
Mentor junior sales reps and help elevate the overall performance of the sales team
2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or healthcare background a plus)
Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals, especially with small business owners or executives
Excellent communication skills with a professional, consultative approach
Strong organizational skills with experience managing a structured sales pipeline
CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
Bonus: Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business
Self-starter mentality, comfortable working remotely and independently on an EST schedule
