Senior Account Executive

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from inbound lead to closed deal

  • Qualify incoming leads and develop outbound strategies to generate new business

  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, and guide prospects toward conversion

  • Build trusted relationships with small business owners, operators, and franchise candidates

  • Keep a clean and efficient pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)

  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and sales processes

  • Share insights on customer objections, feedback, and emerging market trends

  • Mentor junior sales reps and help elevate the overall performance of the sales team

What You Bring to the Table
  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or healthcare background a plus)

  • Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals, especially with small business owners or executives

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, consultative approach

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing a structured sales pipeline

  • CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)

  • Bonus: Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business

  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable working remotely and independently on an EST schedule
