Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible Financial Operations Coordinator / Bookkeeper to oversee DRA’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. To also perform regular accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

  • Manage invoices in Quickbooks online 
  • Follow-up with clients with payment status updates 
  • Manage outbound payments
  • Reconcile payments and expenses between actuals and QuickBooks data 
  • Run Payroll
  • Prepare monthly close financial report for the executive team
  • Assist the Director of Operations with ad hoc financial operations requests and projects 

What we are looking for:

  • Must have 5+ years of Quickbooks Online experience
  • Must have expertise in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (Minimum of 5 years)
  • 5 + years experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Any experience with Gusto, Harvest, and Divvy
  • Agency experience (a plus)
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
