The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced and adaptable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage a set of ongoing client accounts, leading their digital marketing efforts from strategy through to execution and reporting.
We’re looking for someone with a well-rounded skill set—strong in SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, and data-driven marketing—who can confidently lead campaigns and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Strategy

  • Act as the main contact for a group of clients, guiding their digital marketing activities.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular updates, performance reviews, and strategic input.

  • Understand each client's goals and turn them into effective, tailored marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with our in-house teams (design, dev, content) to bring campaigns to life.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and continuously look for ways to improve.

  • Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis to refine both paid and organic strategies.

SEO & Website Optimisation

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and roll out on-page/off-page improvements.

  • Collaborate with developers to improve page speed, mobile usability, and user experience.

  • Optimise metadata, site structure, and internal linking for better search visibility.

Content & Social Media

  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.

  • Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for websites and social media platforms.

  • Schedule and manage posts, monitor engagement, and respond as needed.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Set up automated email workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.

  • Track campaign performance and fine-tune based on open rates, clicks, and conversions.

Performance Reporting & Optimisation

  • Generate regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and others.

  • Run A/B tests and use results to guide future decisions.

  • Track performance across SEO, ads, email, and social, sharing insights with clients and the team.
