Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Head of Strategy & Analytics. In this role, you'll help build dashboards, analyze business performance, and generate insights that inform executive decision-making. This is a key opportunity to work directly with leadership and make a meaningful impact across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Present findings in a clear, actionable format to drive decisions across the business.
• Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data trends.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in all reporting deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills -- able to translate complex data into simple, meaningful insights.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
