Description
SUMMARY: Provide exceptional customer service to Players Dining Room guests. Responsible for set-up, service, cleaning, and overall FOH Operation of the Dining Room.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with department standards, set-up the Dining Room for meal service, ensuring proper handling and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverages. Must follow F.I.F.O. standards at all times.
Efficiently and accurately service all guests while providing first class customer service, ensuring the Dining Room is maintained during food service and all special requests are communicated to management.
Meet all service standards including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, inventory, food, and customer service.
In accordance with department standards, break-down the Dining Room after meal service, ensuring proper handling and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage. Must follow F.I.F.O. standards at all times.
Report supply needs to Supervisor, Leads, and Management.
Maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of Dining Room Operations to include menu details, guests, events, and comply with the no autograph / photo policy.
As required, deliver food and beverages along with service equipment to the Dining Room.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
Knowledge of food service and table standards
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work as a team member in a diverse, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support Dining Room operations to include the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to fully commit to all home Football games and other full stadium events including Soccer.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to repeatedly move items up to 50 pounds.
