What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the training and development of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence.
• Crafting Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, design engaging learning activities, and address challenges.
• Offering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to boost student engagement and success.
• Mentoring a small group of students directly, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational strategies.
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your role is to train Guides to facilitate student learning through adaptive apps.
• Compromising standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is crucial.
• Conducting dull training sessions – you'll lead Guides through dynamic, high-energy, hands-on development.
  
  

Educational Consultant Key Responsibilities

Lead and nurture a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
