Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero, QuickBooks (Intuit) and MYOB.
Reconcile bank transactions and ensure accuracy in general ledgers.
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with payroll and superannuation tasks as required.
Prepare and maintain financial reports.
Capture and categorise receipts using DEXT and Hubdoc.
Collaborate with our accountant for BAS and end-of-period reporting.
Maintain compliance and security using Practice Protect.
Maintain internal records, systems and process documentation.
Manage internal inbox and support task tracking.
Organise files, folders and templates within Google Workspace.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff or contractors.
Perform general admin tasks to support the team and Director.
Ensure all work is delivered on time, accurately and with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
Proven experience using Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, DEXT and Hubdoc.
High level of reliability and accountability
Excellent written and spoken English comprehension.
Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
