This is a remote position.

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for researching potential leads, managing email campaigns, and supporting administrative tasks related to sales outreach. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in email marketing tools, and capable of manual lead generation research

Must-Have and Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Apollo, Mailchimp, and email marketing is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Familiarity with manual lead generation and outreach tools is essential. This skill set is non-negotiable for the position.

Manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Apollo (or similar software) to generate leads.
Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and following up with potential clients.
Organize and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the business owner to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales operations.
