We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Team Lead to scale and elevate our recruitment function. This is a key role where you’ll shape hiring across the company, drive operational excellence, and build the foundation for long-term growth.

You’ll lead a team of recruiters, partner closely with leadership, and own the full talent funnel from strategy to execution. We're looking for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, pushing boundaries, and driving impact at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a top-performing TA team, driving execution across all departments
  • Build and scale recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans and org design
  • Optimize hiring processes, tools, and metrics for speed and quality
  • Drive key hires in complex or leadership roles
  • Support your team in driving a personalized candidate experience

  • Proven experience managing 3+ recruiters across functions
