Guide prospective clients through their initial consultation process, using both Spanish and English language skills
Leverage advanced intake software and AI tools to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions
Pre-qualify leads and conduct preliminary case assessments using structured protocols
Document client information and case details with meticulous attention to detail
Coordinate seamlessly with daytime staff to ensure smooth case hand-offs
Manage follow-up communications and appointment scheduling
Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake processes

Requirements
