This is a remote position (some travel may be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position.

What you’ll Do:

The Margin Manager is responsible for driving margin enhancement within the Heritage Pool Supply Group.

Engage with Regional Leadership to analyze, prioritize and execute on margin enhancing opportunities via pricing
Drive margin improvement across the broader irrigation business portfolio
Drive insight creation, impact tracking and reporting of margin performance
Must be an influencer and capable of becoming the trusted advisor on margin enhancing price activity for the operating business

Requirements We Look For:

3 years working in a pricing, purchasing, FP&A or similar role focused on enhancing profitability.
4 year college degree, MBA a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in other Microsoft Office products
Experience with DMSI Agility is a plus
Able to travel <10% annually
