This full-cycle role is perfect for a confident closer with strong consultative skills and a passion for helping entrepreneurs take the next step in their business journey. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and play a pivotal role on a small, agile, and high-performing sales team.
Manage the complete sales process—from inbound lead qualification to closing
Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities
Lead discovery calls and deliver tailored, value-based sales presentations
Guide franchise candidates and small business owners through informed decisions
Maintain a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Partner with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and overall sales process
Surface customer objections and market insights to enhance strategy and execution
Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices
2–3+ years in full-cycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries
Proven ability to close mid-to-high-ticket deals with decision-makers and business owners
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Organized and disciplined pipeline management habits
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
