Internal Recruiter (Tech & High-Volume Staffing)

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST/EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time | 🧠 Tech-Focused Recruitment

We’re hiring an experienced Internal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have a background in staffing agencies, experience working with tech clients, and can confidently conduct technical interviews, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

You’ll manage multiple roles at once, work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, and help refine our recruiting processes as we scale. Ideal for someone who thrives on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation

  • Manage multiple requisitions at once across technical and non-technical roles

  • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit

  • Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations

  • Provide excellent candidate engagement from first contact to onboarding

  • Keep clean records using an ATS and other recruitment platforms

  • Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and quality

  • Hands-on experience with technical recruiting and interviewing

  • Track record of success working with tech clients and complex role requirements

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with ATS tools and sourcing platforms

  • Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week
