Internal Recruiter – High-Volume Staffing (Generalist Focus)

Hire Hangar is on the rise, and we’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to help us scale. In this full-time role, you’ll lead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple departments—supporting key growth areas with speed, precision, and people-first execution.

This is a great opportunity for a staffing agency pro or in-house recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to manage a high-volume pipeline without sacrificing quality.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments

  • Use ATS tools to track progress, document feedback, and manage hiring flow

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and refine recruitment strategies
