Hire Hangar is on the rise, and we’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to help us scale. In this full-time role, you’ll lead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple departments—supporting key growth areas with speed, precision, and people-first execution.
This is a great opportunity for a staffing agency pro or in-house recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to manage a high-volume pipeline without sacrificing quality.
Run full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments
Qualify, screen, and build relationships with candidates at scale
Maintain clear and timely candidate communication throughout the process
Use ATS tools to track progress, document feedback, and manage hiring flow
Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and refine recruitment strategies
2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
Ability to prioritize speed and quality in equal measure
Great communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
Familiarity with modern ATS/CRM tools and recruitment platforms
Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote setting
