We need an English-fluent Ecommerce & Klaviyo Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Own and optimize ecommerce site experience (Shopify), including product pages, site navigation, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to grow DTC revenue and AOV.
Manage product launches, promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns on site.
Analyze ecommerce performance and user behavior; develop and present actionable insights.
Develop and implement Klaviyo email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, etc.).
Manage weekly newsletters and promotional campaigns with compelling copy, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Grow and manage email subscriber list while improving open and click-through rates.
Monitor key KPIs and optimize for deliverability, engagement, and revenue.
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to align product and promotional strategies.
Ensure messaging is consistent with brand tone and visually aligned with the company mission.
Leverage customer insights and historical data to improve retention and LTV.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in ecommerce and Klaviyo email marketing, preferably in the consumer goods, publishing, or children’s products space.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify required).
Proven track record of growing online sales and increasing email-driven revenue.
Advanced Klaviyo skills including segmentation, flows, and analytics.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Spanish fluency is required.
Excellent written communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Passion for multicultural storytelling and bilingual education is a plus

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
