Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding electronics repairs and warranty claims.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product malfunctions, repair processes, and warranty coverage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth processing of repair requests and warranty claims.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and repair procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly within the consumer electronics or warranty sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a talent for managing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
