Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for administrative tasks and a knack for effective communication? As a Junior Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Key responsibilities:  

  • ensuring smooth daily operations of the office, including managing office space, handling orders (such as groceries, office supplies, and other materials necessary for work and office efficiency), overseeing correspondence (sending and receiving packages), and managing document flow 
  • coordinating business travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodations, and preparing required documentation
  • communicating with subcontractors, partners, and suppliers; placing orders for services and products, and monitoring their quality and delivery
  • assisting employees with day-to-day needs, such as organizing workspaces and supporting order fulfillment
  • assisting with the planning and coordination of in-office company meetings and events
  • providing support in organizing and coordinating meetings for the company Board 

You may be the perfect fit if you have:    

  • experience gained in working with people, particularly in customer service roles  
  • excellent command of Polish 
  • proficiency in English (B2 level)  
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • good computer skills 
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  

Nice-to-have experience:  

  • experience in administration, including at least 3 months of practice or an internship in a similar position
  • effectiveness in information research using internet sources 
  • excellent communication skills and a readiness to cooperate within a team  

Salary range: Mandate contract: 30,5 PLN gross/ hour. It is a fixed term contract for 6 months period.
