Job description

We are looking for a high-energy, growth-minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As CMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organisation's marketing and growth strategy. Reporting directly to our CEO, your primary mandate is to drive revenue through effective, scalable, and data-driven marketing initiatives. You’ll bring vision, leadership, and operational excellence to a high-performing marketing team that supports our mission and market expansion.

What the role looks like

  • Build a strong brand by creating communities that prospects want to join and partners are proud to support.

  • Lead the product marketing strategy: define clear messaging and positioning for new and existing products together with Product, Sales, and Customer Success

Key responsibilities

  • Establish a high-performance culture with a diverse team of marketing professionals across functions and geographies

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive business growth

  • Collaborate with Country Leads to succeed in local markets

  • Plan and run a scalable event strategy, including own events, conferences, and partner activities

  • Launch thought leadership and media efforts through partnerships, personal and brand social media presence, webinars, and events

  • Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with key Virtuagym clients
