Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Sales (CSR) to provide top-notch support across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with inbound and outbound calls, upselling, telemarketing, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Citrix is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools like Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance
  • Customer Service Sales

Qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in solar energy is preferred.
  • Residency in Bulacan, Philippines is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Preferred Skills:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Upselling products and services
  • Telemarketing or sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
