Job Description
COMC is looking to hire an accomplished Director of Legal at our Redmond, WA location. This person will be the company’s first in-house legal hire, playing a pivotal role in shaping the legal function and driving business strategy.
The Director of Legal will transition legal operations in-house, reducing reliance on external counsel. This high-impact role requires a proactive, business-minded legal leader who can build legal frameworks from scratch, manage risk, and support company growth. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Legal will work cross-functionally to provide guidance on corporate governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
