Job Purpose: The FSET Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food Share Employment and Training (FSET) program. This role provides direct support and supervision to the team and assures the agency remains compliant with operational standards and service delivery best practices required by contract. The manager represents CFI at all Maximus trainings and supervisory meetings.
Reporting Relationships Reports To: Director of Employment Services Direct Reports: Administrative Assistant, Case Managers and Workshop Facilitators.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials: (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)
Minimum Required Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (Four years applicable experience may substitute for degree).
Minimum Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FSET or W2 case management, including some experience leading and developing staff members performing jobs of varying responsibility or project management.
Required License/Certification/Registration: Issued By Governing Body (if applicable): NA Travel Type: Less than 10%

Physical Requirements: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
Working Conditions: None: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
