Main Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute sponsorships for third-party events within the assigned region.
Collaborate with local and international Sales & Marketing teams to create and implement campaigns, materials, and tools.
Develop an annual event plan in collaboration with Marketing leadership, including budgeting, and ensure successful execution.
Track event budgets throughout the year and proactively highlight potential risks prior to decision-making.
Ensure compliance approval is obtained for any costs involving Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) or Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Liaise closely with internal teams including Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Administration.
Manage all logistical aspects of congresses and events (e.g., speaker arrangements, booth setup, catering, accommodation, and creative assets).
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or formal training in Events, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive, accountable, and resilient, with a high level of professionalism and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
Effective relationship builder with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
Collaborative mindset and team spirit, contributing to a positive work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Cvent is an advantage.
