Job description

Reporting To : Director of Marketing

Location: This position is based in the UK. The successful candidate will ideally reside within a two-hour commute of Central London.

Remuneration : £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Position Overview

Enroly is a fast-growing tech company transforming the international student recruitment process through innovative SaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced Event and Field Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand presence and drive pipeline.


In this role, you’ll execute events that not only showcase our cutting-edge technology but also deepen our engagement with key stakeholders in the higher education sector.


You’ve done event management before and are excited to apply your knowledge and skills to a proven strategic approach.

As a growth team member, you’ll ensure that our activities align with our strategic goals and effectively communicate the value of our tech-driven solutions.


What you'll do :

  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive awareness, progress deals and impress customers
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Align with wider teams to ensure event goals tie back to company objectives
  • Track and report on key metrics, including attendance, engagement, CAC and ROI
  • Optimise event processes and performance through continuous feedback
  • Fully own and manage our event tech


Who you are and what you bring:

  • Experienced in executing end-to-end events and field marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of the higher education sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Know your way around budgets, negotiating with vendors, and maximising ROI
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You learn from failure and accept mistakes as a natural part of the journey
  • You’re frugal, mindful and scrappy
  • You execute and get stuff done consistently, with high quality
  • High adversity quotient! (aka, the ability to deal with adversity and grow from it)

And even better if you have these...

  • Degree in Marketing, PR and/or Communications
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector
  • Experience with SaaS software marketing
