Description:

The Campaign Strategist is responsible for developing campaign strategies for all retail divisions and the enterprise. They collaborate closely with Brand and Line of Business (LoB) Marketers to prioritize initiatives and create strategy briefs that clearly outline campaign objectives as well as the customer and distributor journey. The Campaign Strategist also establishes comprehensive marketing plans, which include deliverables, testing methods, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), budget considerations, important deadlines, and metrics for performance monitoring to achieve market goals.

***This role will be titled "Sr. Associate, Marketing Campaign Planning" within our organization.***

Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop marketing campaigns in alignment with Brand and LoB strategy
  • Define campaign brief and timelines and works to prioritize campaigns in line with marketing plan and roadmap 
  • Define campaign KPIs and testing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggests optimizations
  • Submits campaign strategy plans to work management platform (WorkFront)
  • Coordinates with the Brand and LoB marketers to review the status of the ongoing campaigns
  • Knowledge, Skills, Attributes
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles 
  • Ability to understand and apply market research and analysis
  • Knowledge of how to create, curate, and distribute valuable content to attract and engage target audiences 
  • Familiarity with content strategies, SEO, content management systems, and the marketing tech stack
  • Understanding of brand management to ensure that marketing campaigns align with the identify and values
  • Ability to think outside of the box, generate innovative ideas and create engaging stories
  • Understanding of developing and optimizing campaigns to deliver leads and sales generation 
  • Ability to align sales enablement deliverables against campaign strategy to deliver on Marketing Strategy and business objectives
  • Effective project management skills to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional team members
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms 

  • Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing/advertising experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products 
  • High level of vision, creativity and ingenuity 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage within a deadline driven environment
  • Enjoy solving process and architecture challenges
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
