The Role

This position is a leadership role responsible for developing and deploying strategies and tactics to drive new, profitable sales growth while sustaining existing sales.  This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the P&L's strategic direction and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to successfully execute the business plan while contributing to the company’s strategic vision.
  • Manage and cultivate new and existing strategic relationships while establishing a high-performing, metrics-oriented sales culture through planning, analytics, and the implementation of cadences and processes.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies and tactics that result in exceeding annual growth targets, including margin improvement.
  • Develop and implement account specific plans, tactics, and sales delivery functions designed to meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Identify current and future customer relationship requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and current customers 
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Communicate vertically and cross functionally to encourage debate and invite diverse perspectives to drive better business outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial acumen. 
  • Highly skilled in leveraging financial levers to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments, think strategically, and execute effectively.
  • 5+ years’ sales experience.
  • Previous experience overseeing sales professionals and strategy development.
  • A collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can lead cross-functional teams to success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights and engage with senior leadership, investors, and partners.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
