The Database Analyst will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing our databases and data stores to ensure the integrity, accessibility, security, and performance of our data systems. This role involves working closely with various practice areas to provide actionable insights, improve data processes, and support business decision-making.
The Database Analyst reports to the Lead Research Consultant of the Research and People Analytics Practice.
The database analyst will deliver a broad range of services to People Results clients. The following descriptions of services are examples of the work the database analyst may be asked to perform, but additional types of services may also be required.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $72,000-$82,000. People Results takes into consideration a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, qualifications, education and other business and organizational needs.
