Job description

This is a remote position.

20 hours a week
Mon-Fri 9 AM- 1 PM (PST)


Scope:

  • Regular daily schedule (4 hours per day, 5 days per week for part-time)
  • Direct client interaction via email and occasional phone calls
  • Focus on corporate/high-ticket client accounts
  • Work during US Pacific Time zone business hours
  • Remote position with full integration into client’s team
  • Potential to expand to full-time role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable process for net 30 clients
  • Send email reminders and payment links for outstanding invoices
  • Conduct follow-up calls for unresponsive clients after one week
  • Monitor payment status and maintain AR records
  • Process incoming payments and update payment records
  • Support payroll processing as needed
  • Maintain financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with accounts receivable or similar financial role
  • Proficiency in email communication and follow-up
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor with high-value clients
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with financial software and payment systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
