Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM UK Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is well-versed in email campaigns and social media marketing—these are non-negotiable core competencies. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, manage tasks with minimal oversight, and deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
  • Conduct lead generation and outreach to support business development
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain and organize digital files, spreadsheets, and internal databases
  • Coordinate tasks and projects through Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Use Canva to prepare basic marketing assets, visuals, and documents
  • Update and manage documents using Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms)
  • Strong background in social media marketing, including content planning and engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Canva
  • Experience with Monday.com and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results quickly
  • Good to Have: Graphic design skills or additional marketing platform knowledge
