Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Collaborate with project managers to verify accurate invoicing and billing processes
  • Utilize Builder Trend software to maintain comprehensive project tracking and organization
  • Adapt to various tasks and learn new systems as the business evolves and grows
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for seamless operations

Requirements
  • Proven experience with accounting processes and invoice management systems
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software for financial record keeping and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client and internal team interactions
  • Ability to multitask between accounting duties successfully and administrative responsibilities
  • Enthusiasm for learning new software systems, particularly Builder Trend project management tools
