Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Kelowna, BC

Scope:
  • Manage all aspects of GoHighLevel implementation for the coaching program
  • Oversee marketing operations for weekly course content and promotions
  • Continuously optimize marketing processes for improved efficiency and results
  • Potential to expand role across multiple companies within the organization


Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage email automation systems using GoHighLevel
  • Create and implement marketing funnels for course promotion and student engagement
  • Manage and organize weekly course recordings within GoHighLevel
  • Repurpose course content for various marketing channels (email, social media, blog)
  • Implement A/B testing for email campaigns and other marketing materials
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to guide strategy and improvements
  • Set up and manage payment integrations within GoHighLevel
  • Provide basic tech support for course participants during weekly sessions (approximately 2 hours per week)


Requirements
  • Extensive experience with GoHighLevel platform
  • Proven track record in email marketing and automation
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Experience with content repurposing and multi-channel marketing
  • Familiarity with online course platforms and delivery methods
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with Google Ads setup and management (preferred)
