This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Patient Intake Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their innovative Telehealth company. They are a fast-growing industry leader specializing in accessible healthcare solutions, with a strong track record of improving patient experiences through technology.
Manage primarily chat and email-based patient communications, with some inbound phone support.
Conduct patient intake and onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry in their EHR system.
Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, compassionate support.
Relay critical patient information to doctors and pharmacies as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating orders.
Monitor pharmacy shipments, track delays, and communicate updates to patients.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are a must.
Prior experience in healthcare customer service, patient intake, or medical support roles.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and proactively solve problems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
1+ years in a healthcare CSR, medical assistant, or patient coordinator role.
Familiarity with EHR systems (preferably Charm EHR) is a plus.
Experience with Tidio Chat, Zendesk, Trello, or Slack is beneficial but not required.
Full-time, 100% remote position.
Flexible schedule within EST business hours (M-F, 10/11 AM – 7/8 PM).
