How You Will Contribute

As a Software Developer, you will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions with a strong focus on API creation, automation, and system integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency across platforms.

The Must Haves
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in software development, API creation, and system integration.
    • Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, or similar API protocols.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for building automated workflows.
    • Familiarity with SQL and database systems for data manipulation.
    • Develop and maintain APIs to enable integration between systems and applications.
    • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to implement new features and enhance existing solutions.
    • Collaborate with teams to understand integration requirements and design effective solutions.
    • Perform API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control systems.
    • Experience working in Agile environments.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Assets
  • Experience with automation scripting or tools beyond Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms or integration services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda).
  • Strong documentation skills for APIs and integration processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
