We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team based out of Lexington, KY. This is a part-time, entry-level position—no fancy experience needed. Just bring a good attitude, a working computer, solid WiFi, and a voice you’re not afraid to use.

💰 Pay: $10–$16/hour + commission

🕖 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Afternoons = yours!)

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling the IRS on behalf of our clients to request transcripts or check for missing documents
Speaking with IRS agents to confirm account details or follow up on outstanding items
Keeping our internal systems updated and organized
Supporting our tax resolution team so cases keep moving smoothly

No tax experience? No problem. You’ll get paid training and support every step of the way. You’re not giving tax advice—you’re just helping gather key information to assist our clients.
