Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and support the execution of transformation roadmaps, working closely with IAG’s businesses.

Skills required:

  • Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and razor-sharp execution
  • Ability to influence and communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
  • Capability to build strong relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders of all levels (verbally and written)
  • Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty
  • Able to strike balance between short-term improvement and long-term value generation, highly ambitious and delivering results quickly
  • Commitment to service excellence and process enhancement
  • Strong people skills, with an ability to coach and develop others

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Change management experience supporting and implementing multiple solutions involving people, process, policy and technology
  • Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the own area of responsibility
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Working experience at an airport desirable.
