High-Volume Internal Recruiter

We’re hiring a High-Volume Internal Recruiter to fuel growth across multiple departments. From operations to customer success to admin support, you’ll keep requisitions moving and hiring managers confident. If you thrive under pressure, love organizing chaos, and can manage 10+ open roles without missing a beat—this role is for you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Run end-to-end recruiting for a variety of corporate and operational roles

  • Handle multiple concurrent reqs with speed, accuracy, and structure

  • Partner with hiring teams to align on job descriptions, sourcing strategy, and interviews

  • Use tools like ATS, sourcing platforms, and automation to streamline workflows

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process

  • Analyze pipeline health and recommend process improvements

✅ What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident working with ATS, sourcing, and scheduling tools

  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable in fast-changing environments

  • Availability to work Eastern Time (PST overlap preferred)
