This is a full-cycle role for a confident closer who thrives on owning a pipeline, delivering value, and influencing process as part of a small but mighty team.
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from inbound lead qualification to deal close
Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities
Lead discovery calls and deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations
Engage directly with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators
Keep a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and process
Identify customer objections and market trends to improve sales effectiveness
Contribute to team development by mentoring junior reps as needed
2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries
Proven success closing mid-to-high-ticket deals with business owners or executives
Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable presence
Strong organizational habits and experience managing a structured sales pipeline
Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Bonus: Experience in franchise sales or operations-focused businesses
Self-motivated, independent, and available to work during EST business hours
