Senior Account Executive

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle—from inbound lead qualification to deal close

  • Engage directly with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators

  • Keep a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools

  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and process

  • Identify customer objections and market trends to improve sales effectiveness

  • Contribute to team development by mentoring junior reps as needed
