Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users of our freelance platforms.
  • Assist users with inquiries about platform functionality, job postings, and account management.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the platform development team to suggest enhancements based on user experiences.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, features, and best practices to inform customers.
  • Encourage a supportive environment for users and promote best practices within the freelance community.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly with digital platforms or freelancing services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
