Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and luxury brand standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity in a remote environment.
