Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of the online auction platform.
  • Assist with inquiries related to auctions, bidding procedures, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user concerns and suggest enhancements to the platform.
  • Stay updated on platform features, terms, and policies to offer informed assistance to users.
  • Promote a user-friendly environment by guiding customers through the auction process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with online auction systems or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
